Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Supervise, plan, and execute all on-site civil works as per project drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and the project management team to ensure smooth site progress. Monitor and control work schedules to achieve timely completion of projects. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and cost efficiency. Verify and certify measurements, material consumption, and contractor bills. Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and maintain proper documentation. Handle workforce management and allocate tasks effectively to junior engineers and supervisors. Resolve site-level technical issues and report project updates to management. Ensure compliance with all statutory and environmental regulations at site. Requirements: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 5–10 years of experience in handling construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial). Strong knowledge of construction execution, finishing, and site coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple sites or teams efficiently.
