Senior Site Engineer

Location

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the construction, erection, testing, and commissioning of plant equipment as per approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and resolve site-level challenges proactively.
Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, technicians, and other engineering disciplines.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and quality checklists.
Report deviations, delays, and corrective actions to project managers and senior stakeholders.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all site activities comply with statutory and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

Diploma or Graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
2–4 years of experience as a Site Engineer in industrial, EPC, or plant construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction and commissioning processes.
Familiarity with plant equipment, layout drawings, and technical specifications.
Knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and project documentation.
