Senior Site Engineer

• Civil project planning and implementation activities.
• Conduct site assessments, field surveys, and prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Assist the Assistant Manager Infrastructure in preparing BOQs, drawings, and supporting site execution for other project locations as required.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and support negotiation and finalization of contractors for civil, solar, and renovation works.
• Supervise on-site execution to ensure adherence to approved designs, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestone-based progress tracking and timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal CSR teams, technical consultants, community representatives, and local authorities for smooth project implementation.
• Prepare periodic project status reports, cost analyses, and documentation for management and donor review.
• Verify and certify completed works through site visits, photographs, and measurement records.
• Ensure compliance with organizational CSR policies, safety standards, and sustainability practices, including post-completion monitoring and asset maintenance.

Education & Experience

• Full-time Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in Civil projects or infrastructure projects for CSR.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other project documentation tools.
• Strong understanding of civil construction practices, quality control, and site supervision.

Other requirement

• Good communication and coordination skills in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel and stay at other project locations as required/ Local travel by Own Bike
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders independently.
