The candidate must be based out of Ernakulam (others please excuse). The candidate is required to travel to the on-going project sites (in and around Ernakulam) and should own a two-wheeler and a valid driver's license . Candidates who can join immediately are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Site Visits: Supervise the works at on-going project sites and report to the Project Director Project Planning: Prepare project plans, provide work progress reports, and oversee and coordinate the various works and teams at the project sites Project Handling: Undertake execution and management of projects from concept to completion, including site escalations Client Interaction: Ability to effectively communicate concepts to clients Material Selection : Knowledge and understanding of the various materials and finishes Communication Skills: English (Verbal and written), Malayalam (Verbal), Hindi (Verbal) Attention to Detail: Paying specific attention to the smallest details for the successful execution and completion of projects Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Should be a team player and a fast learner Experience working in a team environment and ability to deliver work within the set deadlines Projects will be mostly based out of Ernakulam.
