Senior Designer/ Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating unique and functional layout plans and 3D models of residential, commercial and retail projects
• Preparing concept designs, moodboards, realistic 3D renders, design presentations, etc.
• Drafting working drawings, electrical and plumbing drawings, etc. with attention to detail
• Completion of works in a time-bound manner and ability to meet deadlines without fail
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Guide, coordinate, and oversee the works of junior and associate designers
• Experience with client interaction and management

SKILLS:

• Originality and creativity in each aspect of work
• In-depth knowledge of interior design and architecture

• Attention to detail

• A good team player with dedication and commitment to the work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members
• Good time management and work efficiency
• Experience working in a team environment and ability to deliver work within the set deadlines
