Senior Site Engineer

This is an immediate requirement for a full-time role for a Senior Site Engineer- Civil with minimum 3 to 5 years of overall work experience with at least 1 to 2 years experience in interior design projects. You must be based out of Ernakulam and should be able to travel to the on-going project sites in and around Ernakulam. Owning a two-wheeler and possessing a valid driver's license is mandatory. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred. Your responsibilities will include supervising the works at on-going project sites, reporting to the Project Director, preparing project plans, providing work progress reports, overseeing and coordinating various works and teams at the project sites, undertaking execution and management of projects from concept to completion, including site escalations, effectively communicating concepts to clients, having knowledge and understanding of various materials and finishes, possessing good communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, prioritizing and managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, being a team player, and a fast learner. Projects will mainly be based out of Ernakulam. Qualifications required for this role include a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar backgrounds, minimum 3 to 4 years of work experience in a similar job profile, being sincere, honest & hardworking, having attention to detail and being process-oriented. The candidate should be based out of Ernakulam, Kerala, willing to join immediately, and should have a driving license and a two-wheeler.
