Senior Site Engineer

Role Overview: As a Project Engineer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate the construction of premium villas in Perinchery, Thrissur. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely completion of the villas within budget constraints. The salary for this position ranges between 35,000 to 45,000, with additional performance incentives tied to achieving project milestones. Key Responsibilities: - Complete 5 ongoing villas by December 2025. - Commence 7 new villas within 2 months and ensure completion within 67 months. - Efficiently manage up to 10 villas simultaneously by implementing proper planning and coordination strategies. - Coordinate with contractors, organize labor resources, and oversee project progression. - Strive to deliver maximum quality while maintaining cost-effectiveness. - Take charge of client interactions, oversee interiors, landscaping, lighting installations, and manage any additional works. - Maintain control over site cash, petty expenses, and prepare accurate reports with full accountability. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in villas, apartments, or residential projects. - Profound understanding of structures, finishes, landscaping practices, interiors, and lighting systems. - Demonstrated traits of being result-oriented, accountable, and committed to project success. - Exceptional skills in planning, contractor management, and effective client communication.
