Senior Site Engineer

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily construction site operations, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination between clients, contractors, and management teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, design, and project specifications. Monitor and manage site labor, subcontractors, and material usage efficiently. Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and management for timely completion of project milestones. Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards at all times. Maintain accurate site records including work progress, material receipts, and manpower deployment. Review and verify contractor bills and ensure timely reporting of site updates. Identify potential issues, delays, or deviations early and coordinate corrective actions. Conduct regular inspections and ensure finishing quality meets brand and design expectations. Support handover processes and post-construction checks when required. RequirementsDiploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 7–10 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate projects. Strong understanding of civil, MEP, and finishing works. Excellent coordination and communication skills to handle contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Proven ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project timelines. Familiarity with safety regulations, site documentation, and quality checklists. Preferred SkillsProficiency in project management tools or MS Office (Excel, Word, Project). Experience working with premium or villa-scale developments. Strong problem-solving attitude and on-site decision-making ability.
