Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), CMDB, Discovery & Integrations to enhance platform capabilities, optimize CMDB health, and automate enterprise processes.

What You Will Do

* Build & enhance ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM) modules

• Own CMDB development — relationships, reconciliation, normalization, class models
• Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, Sensors & Probes
• Build enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, MID Servers
• Integrate with platforms like SCCM, Intune, JAMF, AD, SailPoint, Coupa
• Drive CMDB governance, data quality, and lifecycle accuracy
• Develop dashboards for utilization, compliance & asset lifecycle
• Participate in Agile ceremonies & collaborate with Platform Owner/Architect
• Troubleshoot integration failures, CMDB issues & workflow errors
• Support ServiceNow upgrades and compatibility checks
• Prepare documentation for designs, mappings, workflows & audits

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of ServiceNow development experience

3+ years focused on ITAM / CMDB / Discovery

Strong understanding of:

CMDB architecture, CSDM v4+, reconciliation, service modeling

Discovery & Service Mapping (patterns, sensors, probes)

HAM/SAM processes, normalization, license compliance

Integration expertise:

IntegrationHub, custom spokes

REST/SOAP APIs

MID Server setup & troubleshooting

Transform Maps, Import Sets, scheduled imports

Strong JavaScript & ServiceNow scripting

Deep knowledge of Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Workflows

ACLs, RBAC, data security

JSON, XML, SQL troubleshooting

Certifications

Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA

Preferred: CIS–ITAM / CIS–CMDB / CIS–Discovery

WFO: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

WFH: Tuesday, Thursday

Shift Timing: 2 PM – 11 PM
