As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented SEO Manager to lead our SEO team, drive client success, and strengthen our digital presence across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
• Manage a team of SEO executives/interns and ensure delivery of measurable results.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve website ranking.
• Plan and execute link-building and outreach campaigns.
• Perform regular SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions).
• Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Handle multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of results and client satisfaction.
• Train and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and learning within the department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
• Excellent knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Coding Based, Shopify, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and international SEO.
• Knowledge of Google Ads / PPC campaigns.
• Familiarity with content marketing strategies.
