Senior SEO Executive

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance search visibility and traffic growth.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis.
• Oversee on-page optimization, including metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and site architecture.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content production.
• Perform detailed technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve crawl, indexation, and site speed issues.
• Track and analyze SEO performance using tools such as

  Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

• Prepare and deliver performance reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and implement strategies accordingly.
• Mentor junior SEO team members and ensure consistent application of SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with other marketing channels to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience

  with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
• Deep understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO principles.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools including

  Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

• Experience working with

  WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead client discussions.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of

  HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  for SEO troubleshooting (preferred).
• Availability to work in a

  split shift (4 hours India Time + 4 hours Pacific Standard Time)

  to coordinate with global clients and teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in

  local SEO, schema implementation, and site migrations.

• Experience in

  AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

  and

  GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) implementation.

• Familiarity with

  conversion rate optimization (CRO)

  and analytics-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage client expectations effectively and deliver measurable, results-oriented outcomes.
