This leadership role involves architecting, designing, and implementing advanced security solutions powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance threat detection, incident response, and automated mitigation. The role requires strategic vision, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams to drive security innovation and operational excellence.Your future duties and responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML-powered security automation platforms and tools.
- Develop and oversee enterprise-wide security strategies that integrate AI-driven threat detection, predictive analytics, and automated incident response.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, data science, and IT teams to create innovative solutions that improve security posture while automating routine workflows.
- Architect scalable and secure AI automation frameworks tailored for complex security environments.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to senior and junior team members on security best practices and AI automation techniques.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and ensure all automation solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, evaluate cutting-edge security and AI technologies, and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing security incidents and incorporating AI insights for faster mitigation and prevention.
- Present technical strategies and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in managing large-scale security automation projects.
- Knowledge of advanced cryptographic methods and blockchain security.
- Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) for security analytics.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or AI/ML certifications.
