Senior SAS Developer

Job Title: Senior SAS Developer Location: Mumbai/Ahmedabad Experience: 5+ Years Notice Period: 30 Days or Less Qualification: B.E/Btech/Mtech/MCA Domain : BFSI and Government Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SAS-based solutions using SAS Base, SAS Macros, and SAS Visual Analytics (VA). Develop reports and dashboards in SAS VA to provide meaningful insights for business users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure effective delivery of analytics solutions. Optimize and troubleshoot existing SAS programs and reports for better performance and usability. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity in all analytics outputs. Conduct UAT and provide support during implementation phases. Document technical processes, workflows, and business logic for future reference. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAS programming , including Base SAS, SAS Macros, and SQL. Strong expertise in SAS Visual Analytics (VA) – creating interactive dashboards, custom reports, and data visualizations. Proven experience in stakeholder communication and management , including requirement gathering, status reporting, and solution presentations. Experience in handling large datasets and performing data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation. Good understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
