We are seeking a skilled SAS Developer Team Lead with strong expertise in SAS Data Integration (DI), SAS Visual Analytics (VA), and SAS Management Console (SMC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ETL development, data visualization, and metadata management, along with a proven track record of leading technical teams. Experience in delivering projects within the BFSI and Government sectors is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of SAS developers to achieve project goals. Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using SAS DI Studio. Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using SAS Visual Analytics (VA). Oversee user roles, libraries, and metadata through SAS Management Console (SMC). Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely project execution. Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and promote best practices. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and system stability. Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAS DI, VA, and SMC. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL design. Experience in BFSI and/or Government projects is a must. Prior experience in leading and mentoring a team. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Preferred: SAS certifications are an added advantage.
