Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with strong expertise in Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Employee Central (EC). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, integrations, and support activities — ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and align solutions with business goals.
• Integrate ONB 2.0 with RCM and EC modules for efficient data flow and process consistency.
• Design and configure onboarding workflows, panels, and business rules tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for ONB 2.0, RCM, and EC.
• Conduct client workshops, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, applying best practices and innovations.
• Work collaboratively with HR, IT, and vendor teams in global project environments.

Requirements

• Experience:

  5–8 years in SAP SuccessFactors; minimum 3 years in Onboarding 2.0.

• Expertise:

  Proven hands-on experience in RCM and EC with full-cycle implementation success.

• Certifications:

  SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Onboarding 2.0 (mandatory); RCM or EC certifications are a plus.

• Methodologies:

  Experience with SAP Activate and Agile delivery frameworks.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRIS, IT, or related field.

• Global Exposure:

  Experience in multi-country rollouts and global implementations.

• Soft Skills:

  Strong communication, client management, and leadership abilities.
