Job Description

Position: Senior Salesforce Developer Responsibilities: 1. Working with the Salesforce Architecture and Design: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 2. Development and Customization: Utilize Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to develop customized solutions that meet business needs. Implement and maintain complex Salesforce functionalities, including but not limited to workflows, process builder, and validation rules. 3. Sales and Service Cloud Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in configuring and optimizing Sales and Service Cloud functionalities to enhance user experience. Provide guidance on best practices for implementing Sales and Service Cloud solutions. 4. Integration: Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST, SOAP, or other integration technologies. Ensure data integrity and security during integration processes. 5. Omni Studio: Leverage Omni Studio for designing end-to-end business processes and creating guided user experiences. Implement solutions that streamline and automate business processes using Omni Studio components. 6. CI/CD and DevOps: Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications. Implement DevOps best practices, and work with tools such as Copado to facilitate continuous integration, delivery, and deployment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce Senior Developer/Lead (7+ years hands-on experience on Salesforce platform) with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud. Auto Cloud would be a plus. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio. Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and other technologies. Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices; Copado experience is a plus. Salesforce certifications are highly desirable. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
