Senior Network Engineer, Remote Access IT/OT + Service Lead/People Lea

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Netskope ZTNA solution for IT and Secomea solution for OT services, ensuring secure and seamless remote access for 40,000 users across 29 countries with high availability and redundancy.
• Drive continuous refinement of ZTNA and OT remote access policies, ensuring users access only necessary applications while preventing unauthorized access.
• Implement log monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated alerting to proactively detect threats, fine-tune policies, and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with security teams and advocate for extended security solutions such as SWG, CASB, DLP in conjunction with ZTNA to shape Clients long-term Zero Trust strategy.
• Mentor and up-skill engineers and security specialists, foster a culture of innovation, and build a strong talent pipeline for remote access security services.
• Collaborate with security teams, senior management, and business stakeholders to enforce global security policies, develop incident response plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance remote access security operations.

Skills and Competencies

• Hands-on expertise in Netskope ZTNA and Secomea OT remote access solutions.
• Proven experience mentoring and developing technical talent, with a strong focus on leadership and career development.
• Experience managing a global team in a high-SLA, 24/7 operations environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in incident response, policy tuning, and performance optimization.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical executives and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with SIEM tools, log correlation platforms, and network monitoring solutions.

Knowledge and Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field.
• Certifications (e.g., Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator, CISSP, CCNP Security, and CISM) are preferred.
