We are hiring for Prisio Technologies Position : Sr. Salesforce Developer Location : Jaipur Employment Type : Full Time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, with a focus on integrations, workflow automation, and custom development. Your expertise will help enhance our Salesforce platform to meet business requirements and improve user experience. Key Responsibilities • Salesforce Development: Design and implement Apex Classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to build custom solutions. • Workflow Automation: Create and optimize workflow processes, validation rules, flows, and approval processes to streamline business operations. • Integrations: Develop and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools. • Experience Cloud Configuration: Configure and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) sites to enhance customer and partner interactions. • Custom Development : Build reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring scalability and best practices. • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and implement solutions. • Testing & Deployment : Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of custom solutions. Ensure the platform is robust, secure, and scalable. • Documentation : Maintain technical documentation for all solutions and integrations for reference and training. Required Qualifications • Salesforce Expertise : Minimum 6 Years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC). o Experience with Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services). o Knowledge of declarative development tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. • Experience Cloud: Familiarity with configuring and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites. • Best Practices: Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security, and governance. • Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. • Required Certification: Salesforce Developer Certification Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira). • Knowledge of middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar for integration.
