Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience working with Salesforce configuration tools (flows, process builder, validation rules).
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and external system integrations.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, and permission sets.
• Proficient in using Salesforce Developer Console, VS Code, Git, and other dev tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).
• Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in at least one large-scale Salesforce implementation project.
