Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Copado for CI/CD and deployment processes. Experience with OmniStudio is also highly preferred. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions to meet dynamic business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable components using LWC and Apex.
• Build and manage complex integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle — requirement analysis, solution design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including administrators, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and scalability.
• Maintain best practices in version control, release management, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Proven experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, external systems).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features — custom objects, workflows, Process Builder, and Flows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
