Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Service Cloud and Contact Center integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance customer service operations and integrate seamlessly with contact center platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, focusing on Service Cloud.
• Integrate Salesforce with contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys, or Cisco.
• Implement and optimize Omni-Channel routing, Case Management, and Knowledge Base features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization between Salesforce and external systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Service Cloud.
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with contact center platforms.
• Knowledge of CTI adapters, telephony integration, and real-time data exchange.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skils

• Experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, Live Agent, and Einstein Bots.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
