Greeting from Wilco Source a CitiusTech Company Position: Senior Fullstack Developer Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, Noida Exp: 6+ years Notice: Immediate to 30 days MERN, Typescript, React, NodeJS We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 6-7 years of experience to modernize and enhance our platform's backend and frontend systems. Our website currently runs on React.js and Remix for the frontend, with a Ruby backend. This role involves transitioning the backend to a modern stack using C# and TypeScript, while maintaining and improving the frontend with React.js. Additionally, we aim to be cloud-agnostic, but are currently targeting Azure with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) for deployment. Key Responsibilities Frontend Development: Build and maintain dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js and Remix. Optimize frontend performance for scalability and responsiveness. Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless UI/UX integration. Backend Modernization: Lead the transition of the Ruby-based backend to a modern architecture using C# and TypeScript, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Design and implement robust APIs to support web applications. Ensure backward compatibility during the modernization process while adhering to best practices. Cloud Deployment: Design and deploy applications in a cloud-agnostic manner, focusing on current Azure infrastructure with AKS. Implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes across multiple cloud environments. Monitor production systems for reliability and resolve issues proactively. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team. Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and agile ceremonies. Qualifications Required Skills: 6-7 years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in: Frontend: React.js, Remix, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+). Backend: Ruby (legacy systems), C# (ASP.NET Core), TypeScript for backend services. Proven track record of designing scalable backend systems using modern frameworks. Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks. Experience developing RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints. Cloud & DevOps Expertise: Experience deploying applications on Azure using AKS or similar Kubernetes solutions. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure best practices for scalability and cost optimization. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with monorepos or tools like pnpm for managing shared codebases. Knowledge of caching systems (Redis, Memcache) and performance optimization techniques.
