• Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Conduct training sessions and provide user support post-deployment.

• Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Requirements-

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP integration.

• Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
