Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into functional specifications for
Salesforce (Service Cloud / Experience Cloud)
.
Work with Salesforce Admins/Developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
Perform
backlog analysis, prioritization, and user story reviews
.
Conduct
data readiness checks
; manage redundancy/duplication issues.
Support
process mapping, workflow optimization, and data modeling
.
Prepare technical/business documentation and knowledge articles.
Facilitate
workshops, meetings, and user journey sessions
.
Provide support during
testing and deployment phases
.
Follow
Agile practices
(sprint planning, retrospectives, iterative delivery).
Use
Jira & Confluence
for tasks, documentation, and collaboration.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage risks proactively.

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience as a
Business Analyst in Salesforce projects
.
Strong skills in
requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
.
Knowledge of
Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
.
Familiarity with
AI technologies and data management
.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
Experience in
Agile/Scrum methodologies
.
Hands-on with
Jira & Confluence
.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
