Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

As a Salesforce Business Analyst with over 6 years of experience, your role will involve: - Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements specific to Salesforce solutions. - Collaborating with clients, developers, and architects to design scalable Salesforce implementations. - Creating BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows aligned with Salesforce best practices. - Conducting requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution validation. - Supporting Salesforce configuration, testing, and UAT activities. - Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules. - Utilizing hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart. - Showcasing excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. - Having a Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst certification is preferred.
