Role Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst at our fast-growing international organization, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and the technical team. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining Salesforce best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce technical solutions. - Engage in frequent discussions with the business to ensure the proper transition of business requirements into JIRA tickets. - Maintain a JIRA board for effective Project Management. - Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud) to meet business needs. - Develop Flows, apex classes, triggers, as required by the business. - Create and maintain technical documentation and functional specs. - Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of Salesforce releases. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide user training demo and support during go-live and post-deployment phases. - Maintain Salesforce best practices and ensure system scalability. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. - Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience. - Prior experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices. - Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configurations. - Experience with declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes. - Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
