Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Trainer at our Noida location. The Senior Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive sales training programs, developing training content, and conducting training sessions for new and existing sales personnel. Key tasks include designing and improving training materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring consistent communication with trainees. The role involves working closely with the sales team to ensure all training objectives are met and maintaining high standards in sales performance and customer service.
