Job Description

As a Senior Manager- Sales Training at Keus, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Your passion for skilling the sales team, excellent communication skills, and proven track record in sales training will contribute to the success of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, update, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of the sales team. - Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and customize training programs accordingly. - Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted training solutions. - Create training materials such as presentations, job aids, and interactive exercises to support training programs. - Maintain a training schedule to ensure timely and relevant training for all sales team members. - Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for both new hires and existing team members. **Key measures of success:** - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for improvement. - Provide feedback and coaching to sales team members based on performance assessments. - Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve training programs to align with organizational goals. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate product knowledge, sales processes, and customer service training into the curriculum. - Organize and facilitate training sessions with internal and external partners, including logistics and scheduling. - Assist in onboarding new sales team members and manage PIP programs for individuals. **Key Competencies:** - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance improvements. - Proficiency in using training and learning management systems is a plus. - Relevant certifications in training or sales are desirable. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in premium and luxury home interior products. - Proven experience in sales training or sales role with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. - Ability to assess training needs and design effective training programs.
