Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective

  Product & Sales Training

  sessions for site teams to strengthen product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Visit

  competitor sites

  , analyze strategies, and prepare detailed reports.
• Conduct

  product presentation assessments and audits

  , followed by structured reports and feedback.
• Develop

  training content, calendars, trackers, and training materials

  to support continuous learning.
• Be flexible to

  travel across Chennai

  for training and audits.
• Provide

  weekend training support

  at sites (with compensatory off during weekdays).

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with

  2 to 6 years of experience

  in Product Training or Sales Training (preferably from Real Estate, BPO, or Retail industries).
• Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
  
• Hands-on experience in preparing reports, trackers, and training materials.
  
• Ability to travel and adapt to flexible working schedules.
  
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning & development.
