Experience-8+ Years Location: Noida(WFO) Work timings - 6pm-3 am ( 3 AM , one side cab will be provided) Interview Process - 3 rounds ( last round will be F2F) Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other strategic methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential & existing clients. Having an in-depth knowledge of IT Service Industry. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs. Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements. Assists in the completion of monthly & Yearly targets. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business management/ Sales or other relevant field. Minimum 8 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with IT Service Industry. Strong client relationship management skills, Excellent negotiation & convincing skills. Proven ability to work independently. A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good amount of experience working for USA clients . Should be well versed with data mining tool and Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Comfortable working in US time zone.
