We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our team in the Credit Cards domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support. Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to capitalize on them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Provide coaching and training to junior sales officers to enhance their skills and performance. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of credit cards, sales, and marketing principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail. Experience working with Equitas Small Finance Bank or similar institutions is an added advantage.
