Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our team in the Credit Cards domain. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on credit cards.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with Equitas Small Finance Bank or similar institutions is an added advantage.
