About Boche Tea:

Boche Tea is a fast-growing premium tea brand known for its innovation and quality, including unique offerings like Boche Brahmi Tea. We are expanding our presence in Kerala and seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Officer to lead our sales efforts in the Trivandrum region.

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, leading the local sales team, and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Trivandrum region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Boche Tea’s customer base.
  • Manage key accounts, nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales activities with brand objectives.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain knowledge of product features and industry developments relevant to the tea market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in FMCG or tea/beverage sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships and loyalty.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
