Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited (USFBL), incorporated on April 30, 2016, focuses on providing banking and financial services to underserved and unserved sections of India. The Bank started operations on January 23, 2017, and offers a variety of loans including microfinance, MSME loans, housing loans, and more. Headquartered in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank employs a Joint Liability Group model for microfinance, and provides an array of digital services such as Internet and Mobile Banking, Online Account Opening, and ATM services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Officer, located in Thane. The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and engaging in channel sales activities. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, attaining sales targets, building relationships with clients, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Lead Generation skills
Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively with a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and at an on-site location in Thane
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Previous experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
