Senior Sales Officer

We are seeking a results-driven, customer-focused Sales Officer to join our elite sales team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end sales process. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic, competitive environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive sales growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and regular follow-up.
• Execute territory sales plans in alignment with regional and national strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• MBA is a must
• 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales (sector-specific experience preferred).
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
