Role & responsibilities : Generate leads through calls, networking, site visits, and digital platforms Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties Arrange and conduct property showings and site visits Explain property features, pricing, legal details, and payment plans Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors Build long-term relationships with clients and investors Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of real estate laws and documentation Ability to work independently and meet targets Good presentation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools (preferred) ( Per sales Salary - 30k to 35k Per Month ) ( Senior Sales Manger Salary - 45k to 50k) Preferred candidate profile - Flute English
