Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the pharmaceutical sales team, achieving growth targets, developing strategic business plans, and building strong customer relationships. The role includes monitoring sales performance, identifying market opportunities, and providing accurate reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Drive growth and ensure the sales team meets or exceeds targets.
  • Strategic Planning:

    Design and implement business strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Team Leadership:

    Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding client needs and providing solutions.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:

    Present sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Market Analysis:

    Identify emerging markets, monitor market shifts, and stay aware of new products and competitor activity.
