Senior Sales Officer

As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in our elite sales team, focusing on driving business growth, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end sales process. Your strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and passion for exceeding sales targets in a dynamic, competitive environment will be key to your success. Your responsibilities will include identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities to drive sales growth. You will maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through exceptional service and regular follow-up. Executing territory sales plans aligned with regional and national strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must have an MBA qualification and a minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, with sector-specific experience preferred. Your track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, along with your exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, will be critical. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are also essential. You will be expected to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations, while meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
