About the Role

Sales & Marketing Specialist with advanced expertise in proposals and ad strategy

hands-on experience with paid ads

Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal Creation:

    Analyze client meetings, identify goals/pain points, and craft

    personalized proposals

    that align with client psychology and buying motivations.
  • Advertising Expertise:

    Plan, manage, or optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or others) with a focus on lead generation, ROI, and cost efficiency.
  • AI Tool Utilization:

    Leverage

    at least 3 AI tools

    (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, MidJourney, Canva AI, SurferSEO, etc.) to improve copywriting, research, and campaign performance.
  • Technical Marketing Knowledge:

    Understand campaign tracking, analytics, pixels, A/B testing, and reporting to strengthen proposals and client pitches.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with internal sales, marketing, and creative teams to refine strategies and improve output quality.
  • Email Marketing (Optional):

    Support GoHighLevel or similar CRM/email automation platforms to execute targeted nurture sequences.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on digital marketing, AI innovations, and ad platform changes to ensure proposals and campaigns remain cutting-edge.
  • Quality & Timeliness:

    Deliver high-standard work under deadlines, with attention to detail and client alignment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience

    in sales support, proposal writing, or digital marketing (agency or B2B preferred).
  • Proven experience

    managing or optimizing ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic).
  • Proficiency in AI tools

    (minimum 3) for content creation, ad optimization, or data insights.
  • Strong

    writing and storytelling

    skills with a sales-driven mindset.
  • Technical knowledge

    of digital ads: tracking pixels, conversions, bid strategies, campaign segmentation, and ROI analysis.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced

    ChatGPT prompt engineering

    skills.
  • High proficiency in

    Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams

    ; familiarity with

    GoHighLevel

    is a plus.
  • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

  • Fully Remote:

    Reliable internet and dedicated workspace required.
  • Night Shift:

    8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (aligned to U.S. client hours).
