Senior Sales & Marketing Executive HVAC Cleanroom

Job Description: You will be part of KLIMA Pharm Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of HVAC and cleanroom solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries. As a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be generating leads and building relationships to support business growth in HVAC and cleanroom projects. Your role will involve a combination of technical knowledge and sales skills to engage with clients, prepare proposals, and achieve revenue targets. Collaboration with internal teams such as estimation, design, and execution will be crucial for delivering customized solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business leads and opportunities for HVAC and cleanroom solutions. - Regularly visit clients, consultants, and contractors to showcase company offerings. - Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers. - Support the Regional Manager in negotiations and deal closures. - Maintain client database, sales pipeline, and activity reports. - Coordinate with Estimation & Design teams for BOQ, drawings, and proposals. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings to enhance the company brand. - Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Science background (preferred). - MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.
