Senior Sales Manager

You have over 7 years of experience and are located in Riyadh for an on-site role. As the Manager / Sr Sales Manager for New Business Development in KSA, your primary responsibility will be to onboard new clients (B2B / institutional) in various sectors such as BFSI (banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs) and non-BFSI enterprises (telecom, retail, electronics, auto sector). Your roles and responsibilities include leading sales conversations with prospective clients across different sectors, generating and processing new sales opportunities across India, pitching relevant offerings from Thriwes product suite based on client needs, delivering against revenue and margin targets, creating market and client-specific sales pitches, conducting in-depth research on competitors" products and market success, and evaluating customer experiences across multiple channels. The skills required for this role include specialist core B2B sales experience in the rewards & loyalty industry in KSA, the ability to design and deliver client solutions through need-based selling, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong communication skills, proficiency in analyzing sales data, and flexibility to travel frequently across sales territories or regions.
