Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, based in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and manage a team to achieve business growth targets. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, analyzing sales data, and providing insights for decision-making. The role requires leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams for the successful execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, and managing client relationships.
  • Strategic Planning and Management: Demonstrated experience in developing sales strategies, performance analysis, and leading sales teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret sales data, assess market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in the fitness equipment or related industry is advantageous.
  • Self-Motivation and Leadership: Ability to work proactively, lead by example, and adapt to business challenges while motivating a team to deliver results.
