Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Tadepalligudem Mandal. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for spearheading sales strategy, managing sales operations, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions aligning with client needs. This position also requires leading and mentoring a sales team to drive performance and achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and Performance Management
- Analytical mindset with skills in Market Research and Sales Forecasting
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Prior experience in supply chain, channel finance, or related industries is highly desirable
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
