Position - Senior Marketing & Sales Executive, Assistant Manager Marketing & Sales, Manager Marketing & Sales Develop and execute the marketing & sales strategy for EVA sheets in domestic and international markets.
Identify high-value customers (module manufacturers, EPCs, OEMs, distributors) and build long-term partnerships.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve organisational targets.Drive business expansion through new market development and channel partnerships.Conduct market analysis to understand competitor positioning, pricing, and emerging industry trends.Negotiate large-volume contracts and long-term supply agreements.Collaborate with the production, R&D, and logistics teams for smooth execution of projects.Represent the company at solar industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and global networking events.Report directly to top management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
