REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT GROU

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales teams to achieve targets through effective communication, direction, and motivation.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for residential and commercial real estate sales, including villa projects.
  • Identify potential clients and build relationships with them to generate leads and close deals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in (real estate sales).
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.

SALARY PACKAGE

Fixed [ 20-25k] for TL Position + Incentives [ up to 50k]

Fixed [15-20k] for Sales executive + Incentives [ up to 45k]
