Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Noida Sec-4 ,B-7 2nd Floor

Reporting to: CEO / Vice President Sales / Director Business Development Experience Required: 5-10 years (minimum 3 years in real estate preferred)

Job Summary:

The Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, developing channel partnerships, expanding customer base, and identifying new business opportunities in the residential and/or commercial real estate segment. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong negotiation skills, a proven track record in real estate sales, and the ability to lead and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise, and existing contacts. •

Meet and exceed sales targets through direct client engagement and channel partner development. • Build long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients. • Strategize marketing and sales plans to enhance project visibility and lead generation. • Conduct site visits, present project details, and effectively close sales. •

Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns, events, and exhibitions. • Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine business strategy. • Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Projects, and Operations) to ensure timely deal closure and customer satisfaction. • Provide regular MIS reports, forecast sales trends, and contribute to business planning. •

Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and external events.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of the real estate market (residential/commercial). • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful deals. • Negotiation and closing skills with high customer service orientation. •

Leadership qualities and team management experience is an added advantage. • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and real estate lead portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, etc.). Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 5+ years of experience in sales/business development (real estate industry experience mandatory for senior roles).

Compensation: •

Fixed Salary: 75000 to 95000 • Variable/Incentive: Performance-based

Benefits: Travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, performance bonus, etc.
