Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Develop and implement strategies for residential and commercial real estate sales, including villa projects. Identify potential clients and build relationships with them to generate leads and close deals. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in (real estate sales). Strong understanding of the local real estate market trends and regulations. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals. SALARY PACKAGE Fixed [ 20-25k] for TL Position + Incentives [ up to 50k] Fixed [15-20k] for Sales executive + Incentives [ up to 45k]
