Senior Sales Manager

You will be joining POCT EQUIPMENTS, a company established in 2019 in Vadodara, India. We specialize in trading, supplying, exporting, and importing a high-quality range of Hospital Equipment, Pathology Laboratory Equipment, reagents consumables & Blood Bank products throughout India. As a Senior Sales Manager at POCT EQUIPMENTS, located in Vadodara, you will be responsible for managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets. Your role will require a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in OT Equipment such as Anaesthesia Workstation, Patient Monitors, ECG Machine, Ventilators. A strong understanding of medical OT equipment sales is essential. The ideal candidate will have Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills, along with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a sales team. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.,
