Job Description

KAL Energy India Pvt Ltd, a rapidly expanding company in the Green Energy sector, is seeking a results-oriented Senior Sales Manager for India. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new clients for industrial air and gas compressor packages.

- Develop new business opportunities related to LSTK and EPC projects in utility services within the energy and infrastructure sectors.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and engineering consultants.

- Prepare proposals, submit government tenders, negotiate contracts, and secure deals.

- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.


Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering.

- Proven 10-15 years of sales experience in the oil and gas, energy, infrastructure, or project sectors.

- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment such as compressors and utility solutions.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel across India and internationally for client meetings and industry events is essential.
