Position Overview


The Senior Software Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer pipelines, and ensuring successful delivery of software solutions to clients.


What you will do-

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify and acquire new clients across target markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiate proposals/contracts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.
  • Track KPIs like lead conversion, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize strategies.


The skills you need to bring along-

  • Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field/ MBA

Profound knowledge in-

  • Technologies:

Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, BI & AI, Cloud & Big Data, Application Product Engineering, Smart Technologies.

  • Solutions:

TaxTech (VAT Solutions), InsureTech, Fleet & Logistics Management (IoT), Data Life Cycle Solutions, EduTech Solutions.

  • Industry Verticals:

BFSI (Financial Services), Transport & Logistics, Oil & Gas, Industrial & Manufacturing, Mining & Metals, Real Estate & Construction, Tourism, Education, Public Sector, and Large Enterprises.

  • Exceptional communication and networking skills
  • Ability to operate both individually and as a cohesive member of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preparedness for extensive travels.
